Tuna Balls

Ingredients
- 4 cans tuna, drained
- 1 can salmon, drained
- 1 can crab, drained
- 1 tube saltine crackers, crumbed
- 2 pcs. bread crumbs
- 1 lg. egg; (or 2 med. egg);
- dash Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1/2 lg. onion, minced; (or 2 sm. onions, minced);
- 2 celery stalks, minced finely
- 1 carrot, minced
Preparation
- Roll into walnut-sized balls.
- (Optional) Dip in batter.
- Roll in flour.
- Deep fry in 350%deg; oil until golden. Drain.
- Eat!
